Sport Nutrition

Great nutrition won't neccesarily ensure you have a winning performance but you can be pretty certain poor nutrition will hinder you from performing to your potential. At Fitstar Coaching we work with athletes and teams to help take their performance to another level through nutritional interventions. Whether your sport is endurance or technical we believe that consuming the correct foods prior to, during and after your sport will influence how likely you are to suceed.

Current Services

We currently offer the following packages;

Individual dietary analysis; Includes analysis of 3 days worth of dietary intake. Clients are required to weigh and record their complete food intake for 3 days. The results are then analysed and fed back to the client. Breakdown of the diet, carbohydrate, fat and protein intake and vitamins and minerals are all given in a detailed report.

Team Nutrition Seminars; Seminars on Sports nutrition for performance covering areas such as pre competition fuelling, hydration and recovery strategies.
